🥇Imagine being an Olympic runner who prepared for four years to win a gold medal.
😞 Let's assume you did everything required to win the gold in the 800. However, despite your ability and commitment, you finished dead last once the Olympic trials came.
🤦🏾♂️You seek out your coach in search of how this happened, and your coach informs you that you lost because you were built to be a world-class 100-meter sprinter and you've invested your time into running the wrong race.
❓You ask your coach why he would allow you to run the wrong race?
🏃🏼♀️🏃🏾♂️His response, "I've been telling you for years that you are running the wrong race, but you could not hear my voice over all of the other voices that encouraged you to run a race you were never equipped to run."
‼️Maybe you have yet to finish first because you are investing your time and talent into a lifestyle God never called for you to live. Still, you can't hear His voice of instruction over all the noise in your life.
